At Emerson Street Media, we had the incredible opportunity to help celebrate 40 years of Ross Dress for Less by bringing their story to life through video. Traveling to multiple store locations, we captured the essence of Ross—its rich history, strong company culture, and the deep connections between its employees and customers. Our team conducted in-depth interviews with the CEO, dedicated team members, and loyal shoppers, weaving together a narrative that honors Ross’s journey from its early days to becoming a beloved retail destination.

The video also takes a reflective look at the challenges the company and its employees faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing the resilience and adaptability that kept Ross moving forward. But most importantly, this project wasn’t just about looking back—it was about looking ahead. With a positive and inspiring vision for the future, the video highlights the exciting possibilities in store for Ross, its team, and the customers who have made the last 40 years possible.
