Max Davenport holds a strong background in speechwriting, organizational communication, and internal feedback practices.

In his role as an Account Supervisor at Emerson Street Media, he serves as a day-to-day client liaison and has experience in speechwriting, media and presentation training, strategic review, and project management.

Before joining ESM, Max served as an instructor of Public Speaking in the College of Communication and Information at the University of Tennessee. During his tenure as an instructor, he was responsible for developing and delivering weekly lectures that provided undergraduate students with content and process-related knowledge of public speaking.

Additionally, he served as a speech writing assistant for the University of Tennessee’s Online Public Speaking center (TOPS).

Max holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In his spare time, Max enjoys playing video games, streaming new music, watching animated series, and going for walks in nature.
